Returns & Exchanges

If an item is not working the way you expect it to just give our office a call at 541-386-1980 and we’ll make it right. At this time, NSI does not accept direct exchanges.

No returns are accepted without North Shore’s prior approval, so please do not ship anything back without first contacting us. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, sorry but we do not take care of return shipping costs. If we receive the item in unused, and unopened condition, we will issue a full refund for the product price only.

Any goods returned to us in a used or damaged condition will be denied a refund and be up to the customer to pay for return shipping, so please contact us before attempting to return an item.
