RSPro® Front Grip Arrow is super thin (1mm) cork material that reduces the height and cushion between your feet and the board delivering a superior board feel. The cork material is formed by honeycomb shaped cells that make it very efficient for impact absorption, heat protection and insulation. The Front Grip Arrow works on all kinds of boards (epoxy, PU, wood and foam). Designed so the angles are identical to those of the HexaTraction®, to allow you to match the Front Grip Arrow with HexaTraction or Tail Grip Arrow for a fully wax-free board!

  • Inspired by nature. By the fletching feathers of an arrow.
  • Super thin for a better board feeling and without the "locked up" effect of traditional pads.
  • Sustainable and energy efficient material.
  • Shape match with HexaTraction, Tail Grip Arrow or other RSPro wax alternatives for a wax-free board.
  • Easy to install (and remove)
  • Works on all kinds of boards (epoxy, PU, wood) but foam.
  • Doesn't absorb water
  • Cork honeycomb shaped cells with excellent impact absorption properties.
  • Heat protection and insulation
  • Designed and manufactured in Barcelona

Made from cork.
Get it together with HexaTraction regular, basic or any other RSPro grip & traction alternatives to wax for a full #waxlesssurfboard.

  1. Don't install it on a cold environment. We recommend to install it at room temperature. Below 20ºC (68F) the material and glue tend to get rigid, so it would make the installation more difficult.
  2. Throughly clean the board deck with alcohol or similar. Make sure no rest of wax is present. Avoid industrial cleaners.
  3. Before starting, arrange traction layout. PRO TIP: We recommend standing next to the board with your stance or lining up and older board to copy the front foot location.
  4. Use the stringer or mark the center of the board with a pencil.
  5. Start with the first central part. Peel off the adhesive backing on one end (we recommend from the top) and start applying without stretching. PRO TIP: One of the properties of the material is that it's quite elastic, so do not stretch it during installation.
  6. Then side parts ensuring even gaps on each side. Align at the top and try again not to stretch the material to guarantee even lengths.
  7. Apply pressure on all the edges.
  8. Wait for some hours and go surf. 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♀️ 🤙🏼
